It was a modern hotel in Washington. The room had nice facilities like an individual safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a coffee maker. The management took care of us. It was in the central location. We also went to city center, located within walking distance of the venue.
-
In addition, free Wi-Fi was useful. It was a 4-star hotel in every way.
-
Great, it was very clean and walk to the Smithsonian and Memorials
-
This was perfect property with fabulous location and views. We appreciated to have evening drinks at old ebbitt grill, based nearby.

The bed is comfortable but small. There is a refrigerator to store your own things, it was very cold. There were always plenty of towels, and shampoos, gels, etc. for the 4 of us. It's next to the subway and near the museums. It's a 20-metre walk. The gym is very well equipped compared to other hotels. There is a starbuck in the hotel so it comes very well if you do not go with breakfast, it is about 6 dollars a coffee + bun. The wifi was good. There are places to eat nearby and a Macys next door. The staff is very good and so is the cleanliness.
The small beds. The room for 4 was very tight, there weren't enough closets for clothes. There was no spanish tv, although you can connect to youtube from the smart tv. Despite being on a 10th floor, there was noise. The air conditioning outside the rooms is too loud. They don't give free coffee or water ( 6 euros each bottle ). There are no European plugs and you can't charge via usb, as in other hotels. You have to take adapters with you to charge.

The location for this hotel is excellent if you want to be close to the all the museums and monuments. There are not to many places to eat just around the hotel but within 4-5 blocks you get to Chinatown and you can find great restaurants (not only Chinese food). We did not have breakfast at the hotel, there is a starbucks within the hotel and few block away you can find Paul, the amazing French boulangerie/cafe.

I like that the hotel is accessible to major tourist attractions. I like it that there are two jugs of cold water in the lobby available to hotel guests at any time, although several times the drinking water ran out. I could appreciate the public PC at the concierge, though with the number of guests wanting to use it maybe you could add another unit. I find the food choices at the restaurant, Fire and Sage, limited and the taste so-so. I don't like the long ramp that services luggage-totting guests. I find tjhat corridor pretty long and tight. I am disappointed that the concierge can't lend a power adaptor to international guests. Being told to go the nearest Radio Shack is not the best thing one can tell a travel weary guest who just wants to charge a phone or PC while recuperating from a long trip.

I thought the offerings in the club lounge were sparse

Very good location: it's four blocks from the White House and 30 meters from the Metro Centre station.
- Due to its location, the neighborhood is not very good at night. I have seen a few homeless people sleeping outside the hotel. - Due to its location, I have seen that the hotel is packed with tourists and families. While no noise comes from the street, I could hear some noise coming from the corridor and people talking loudly. Last year I have been to the Marriott Hotel on the 22nd street and I remember it is more quiet. - Breakfast is not included in the price.

We had a great time! The location was perfect for either walking or taking the Metro to DC's attractions. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and it was great having a Starbucks attached to the hotel!
-
From reception to room service to housekeeping, everyone was extremely friendly and polite.
Lack of parking; we arrived at approx 6:00pm and garage was full. Thankfully found the 1 open spot on street but had to ensure I fed meter for rest of day.

King bed was fabulous
$40 parking There was no one at front desk when checked so I hd to wait. No food or drink readily available. I checked in late at nite (Midnite). I recently stayed at a similar quality hotel that has 24 hour room service. That would have been nice.

Very good location, within walking distance of most important landmarks in downtown dc. Room was spacious, clean but could be better insulated from the outside noise. There's a Starbucks downstairs, a Macy's across the street, a metro station right outside the hotel and a bicycle rental station too.
Internet is expensive. In this day and age having to pay for an Internet connection is like having to pay for hot water. I find it unacceptable. Breakfast was excellent, but a bit expensive.
-
Staff very accomodating and friendly excellent value for the money
No complaints but room service menu could be more extensive

Location, helpful staff at reception, very clean hotel.
