The location was fantastic, right next to the Metro, allowing for easy sightseeing. Staff were friendly, especially a doorman who truly made us feel welcome. However, the outdated elevator situation created long waits, and room decor could use some updates.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, especially thanks to its fantastic location in the heart of the city. It made visiting the National Mall a breeze! The friendly staff really went out of their way to ensure we felt at home, making our family trip memorable.
My kids wished they had a bit more kid-friendly activities available. A small play area would have been great for families with children.

The location of this Marriott is fantastic. within walking distance of museums and great eateries. I loved the comfortable beds that made for restful nights. Housekeeping took care of the basics and left fresh towels daily. However, I encountered numerous issues during my stay. The pool was closed, which we weren't informed about until check-in, disappointing the kids. Our room was tight, with little space between furniture. The elevators felt rickety. I avoided them whenever possible. The staff seemed overwhelmed, especially during peak times. The valet service was slow, and I experienced long waits when trying to retrieve our car. The positives were the friendly bell staff who were incredibly helpful, and the hotel restaurant served delicious meals. However, the check-in experience was less than welcoming. the front desk staff could have been a bit warmer in their approach. In the lobby, it felt crowded due to the Starbucks taking up much of the space, making it hard to chat with others. With more communication about the renovations and better staffing during busy times, this place could shine more brightly.

Great location with comfortable rooms
The location is absolutely perfect, just minutes from key attractions, and the recently updated room was spotless and comfortable. Housekeeping was on point, making our stay even better. However, the ongoing renovations made the lobby a bit chaotic at times, which detracted from the experience.

The culinary scene around the Marriott was unbeatable, especially with spots like Capitol City Brewing Co just a hop away! The service was top-notch, from the friendly front desk team to the attentive restaurant staff. And let's not forget—my room was spotless, giving it that welcoming vibe we all crave after a day out in the city.

Comfortable Stay in a Central Location
We enjoyed our recent visit, especially the clean room and spacious seating area. The bellhop staff were incredibly welcoming, making our check-in smoother after some initial hiccups. Make sure to explore nearby restaurants and don’t miss the convenience of the Metro just steps away for easy city access!

Positioned just steps from the metro, this hotel is ideal for exploring major attractions. Enjoying a well-appointed, quiet corner room, I appreciated the cleanliness and the convenience of electric bike rentals nearby. However, the lounge felt cramped during peak breakfast hours, and the welcome could have been warmer. Housekeeping could improve attention to detail.

Perfect for a Single Traveler
The fitness center was one of the best equipped I have seen in years with all new machines and lots of space to move around and the room I stayed in was clean comfortable like a refuge after the long days of meetings
It wasn’t exactly cheap but it was still worth it for the location and comfort
